providing you with a courtesy car while yours is in the shop. We even deliver it to your door! Seriously—we show
up wherever you are, and hand you the keys to one of our courtesy cars (or a rental). Then we drive back to the shop
in your vehicle to take care of the bumper repair.
While your vehicle is being worked on, you’ll get updates from your Go-to Guy—a member of our team that
has been assigned to you. Your Go-to Guy is the person who picks up the phone when you call. Consider him your friend
on the inside. He’ll be happy to answer any questions you have, and keep you informed throughout the entire
repair process. When the bumper repair job is finished, he’ll contact you, and find out whether you’d like
